Rules for Creating a New Fanclub

1. Try and keep it as relative to Manga & Anime as possible.

2. Remember that there is some responsibility involved in opening one.
Please check back periodically to update your roster and if you're not
planning on continuing as leader of it, let your members know.

3. Duplicate fanclubs are frowned upon, and will be trashed when we
come across it. You are allowed to make a 2nd fanclub on the same topic
if the original fanclub owner has gone MIA for 3 weeks or has made it
clear that they are not going to be maintaining it anymore.
